Braam van der Walt

Massage Therapist

Braam is a Btec level 5 Qualified Soft Tissue Therapist. His passion for therapy comes from years of playing sports of all kinds from Rugby to Ultra marathons and going through the injury / treatment/ rehab cycle many times. It was after treatment and rehab of a recurring knee injury that the spark was ignited and his journey as a Massage Therapist started.

“ Personally I find very few things as rewarding as helping someone recover from injury and finding a plan to keep them injury free.”

Injury is as much a journey of recovery as it’s a journey of discovery.

My approach is a big picture plan with movement and massage at the heart of it. One can not separate one’s habits from one’s symptoms as they go hand in hand, along with your history. You are most often the product of your most frequent function.
